Countess
A heat-treated inactivated flour for use in soups or as a thickener in gravy. Also suitable for pastry and wafer type products when blended with Golden Dawn flour to give shorter eating products.

Shortgold
A pastry flour made from a blend of wheat and maize used in the production of short, sweet and savoury pastry. Less fat inclusion is needed to achieve the desired shortness.

Golden Dawn Plain
A low protein soft flour ideal for pastry and hot plate applications, biscuits and cookies.

Golden Dawn-SR
A low protein soft flour with added raising agents. Perfect for using in fish batters and also hot plate applications.

Golden Batter Mix
A batter mix which requires merely the addition of water, producing a crisp golden batter when fried.

Natural Batter Mix
A batter mix which has no added colour, requiring merely the addition of water to produce a crisp, natural batter when fried.
